My cousin believes this is a photograph of my great-grandfather Noah Rivlin, who immigrated from Shklov (Vilebsk, Russian or Mokliev, Poland), currently Belarus, about 1890.
Do you recognize this occupation? Noah's relations were leatherworkers (bookbinders, shoemakers, etc.) so I'm doubtful this is him. Any ideas?
